Candlelight Remembrance 2012-Present
Every year on January 13th, we hold an informal gathering with candles and cocoa to remember Sean at Linwood Park.
Everyone is welcome to share a story about Sean and light a candle.
Mosaic Art Project 2021-2022
2022 - Sponsored by Sean King Fund, Best Buddies of Haverford College, and Friends of Linwood Park, an art project was held to bring together children and young adults with and without disabilities to design and complete a personal mosaic project.

2021 - The Sean King Fund partnered with Camp PALS to foster inclusion and socialization virtually during the pandemic. Campers and their partners designed and completed a personal mosaic project.
Best Buddies Friendship Walk
2013-2019
"The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is the number one walk in the country raising awareness and funds to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities."

PEAC Conference 2014-2019
Pennsylvania’s Education for All Coalition, Inc. (PEAC) is a community of parents, educators, individuals with disabilities and professionals who believe that children of all backgrounds and abilities should be successfully educated together in their neighborhood schools within the general education curriculum.
Coffee House 2017
The purpose of the Sean King Fund for Inclusive Practice Coffee House is to bring together performers with and without disabilities to share music, other entertainment, and good company. To raise awareness about the abilities of performers with disabilities. To make social connections and network around common interests. TO HAVE FUN!!
Annual Halloween Party 2021-Present
Every year, the Sean King Fund and the Friends of Linwood Park host a Halloween Party filled with outdoor games, music, crafts, and snacks.
Annual Meeting and Cookie Exchange 2018-Present
Every year, the Sean King Fund has hosted a December event at Common Space to update the community on our activities, network with neighbors, meet new friends and share holiday cheer. It has been a great opportunity to discover new resources and sample homemade holiday cookies.
Dance-A-Thon 2014-Present
Upper Merion Township Adventure Day Camp (ADC) is an inclusive summer camp that Sean attended for many years. Each year, they hold a Dance-A-Thon in Sean's memory to raise money for the Sean King Fund. Campers gather for a fun afternoon filled with music, activities, and dancing.
PATH Goals 2018 & 2024
In the fall of 2018 and in winter 2024, the Sean King Fund board made a five-year plan.
Spaghetti Dinner 2016
The Sean King Fund hosted a fun filled evening with a spaghetti dinner to remember Sean. We had 3 showings of the 20 minute film "King of the Road", filmed when Sean was a 7th grader at Welsh Valley Middle School and selected for the 2016 National Down Syndrome Congress Film Festival.
